Architectural Guidelines

In architecture and ambiance, Talking Rock will reflect the heritage and traditions of Arizona ranch living.

The guidelines encourage integration of improvements into the topography and protection of the integrity of the landscape and the views of surrounding homesites.

• Use of natural and native materials and non-reflective colors are encouraged.
• Custom home square footage is a minimum of 2,400 and a maximum of 8.500.
• Custom home height is limited to 22 feet above natural grade.
